Hospital, killed in hit and run accident
A speeding hit-and-run driver killed a
Markham nurse early Thursday on
Chicago's West Side, police said.
Catherine Thomas-Lowe, 49, was thrown
about 100 feet by the silver Ford Taurus as
she crossed in the 3400 block of West
Congress Parkway about 3 a.m., witnesses
said.

A speeding hit-and-run driver killed a
